Second To None Limited t/a The Extra Mile Partnership (“Paul Stalker, we, us”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following information carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.
For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”), the data controller is Second To None Limited of Glenmoor House, Horton Road, Ringwood, Hants, BH24 2EN.

We may collect and process the following data about you:
information that you provide by filling in our registration form;
photographs which we take of you during the seminar referred to overleaf, where you have consented to this;
if you contact us, we might keep a record of that correspondence; and/or
we might also ask you to complete surveys/feedback forms, although you do not have to respond to them.

The data (including, without limitation, any photographs) that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. By submitting your personal data to us, you agree to this transfer and storing.

We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

We may use information held about you in the following ways:
to provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us, or which we feel might interest you, where you have consented to this;
to use, for research purposes, the feedback from the surveys/feedback forms which we send you.

We might also, where you have consented to this, use the feedback we have received from you to the surveys/feedback forms which we send to you, and any photographs we have taken of you, in presentations, printed publications, promotional materials, in the advertising of our goods or services and/or on our website either in their original format or edited or altered in any way which we deem appropriate.

We might also, where you have consented to this, permit selected third parties, including companies within our corporate group, to use your personal data, to provide you with information about goods and/or services which might be of interest to you and they might contact you about these by post or telephone or email or SMS.
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. if we are under a duty to disclose, or share, your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Paul Stalker, our customers, or others.

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
